RMA Unit Return Policy

Document all of your findings and describe the problems that the unit is exhibiting. For more expedient service, please describe the problems as clearly as you can. Call our technical support department (510-252-0868) to receive your Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and shipping information.


An RMA number will be assigned. This number will be used to track your unit through our repair process.
If you do not call in for an RMA number, your repair will be given less priority than repairs that have an RMA number. We will complete all repairs with an RMA before we do your repair.


In order to process your warranty/service request, we require the following information:
Company Name & Address
Contact Name, Phone & Fax Number
Model & Serial Number of Units in Need of Repair
Problem Description


Return the unit to the supplied shipping address. Please post the assigned RMA number on the outside of each box. This allows us to log the arrival of your repair and begin work on it with greater speed.


A Customer Service technician will diagnose the defective unit. If you need a quote before repairs are performed, be sure to mention that when you call for your RMA number. Otherwise the repair will be completed without issuing you a quote. If you do request a quote one of our technicians will call you prior to performing any repairs. You will also receive a call if the repair cost is going to be above average, the technician will ask for your confirmation to replace higher cost parts. Currently, the limit is $150.00.


The unit will be returned to you with a complete description of repairs performed and associated test documentation. Return shipping will be covered if all of your units are under warranty. If you send in some warranty and some non warranty units together, you will pay for the shipping cost of the non warranty units.
